Combining our design documentation with the Architect's construction drawings, you will have a clear set of instructions ready for your project to be brought to life.

Melbourne Designer Demi-Lee Arancibia (B. Interior Design with Honours) is the Founder and sole Interior Designer behind Dwelling Studio;  a design practice built on creativity, honesty, and intention. Born in South Africa and raised in a home where creative expression was nurtured, Demi-Lee developed a love for design as both an art form and a means to help others. 

Her approach is gentle yet assured, grounded in the belief that a well designed space should feel quietly confident, exuding personality and purpose. Her aesthetic sensibility and solid construction knowledge allows her to bring both creative vision and technical expertise to every project.  

Recognised for her genuine attentiveness and talent for translating her clients’ ideas into thoughtful, liveable spaces,  Demi-Lee aims to make every client feel supported and at ease throughout the entire process - like they’re working with a trusted friend who just happens to have a great eye for design!
